The objection: Once a website is live, every small change becomes a chargeable developer ticket — and most never get done.

What counts as a content update

New service description, photo swap, opening-hours change, adding a service area, updating prices, swapping a testimonial, changing your phone number. Anything that's content, not a new page.

Each Built Local client gets three of these per month, included. They roll over for up to two months if you don't use them.

Why we don't bill per change

Per-change billing is how websites stagnate. The £30 invoice to update an opening time stops you doing it; the wrong opening time costs you a customer. Including updates means the site stays current.

FAQ

What if I need more than three a month?
Additional tickets are £15 each, no minimum. Most clients use one or two a month.
Can I add a whole new page?
Yes — counts as one update for service pages, two for landing pages. Or upgrade to bundle 10 service pages at sign-up.
