1. The service
We design, build, host and maintain a small business website on a monthly subscription. The £99 setup covers the initial 72-hour build. The £49/month subscription covers hosting, edits, security and updates.
2. What you provide
- Accurate business information, logo, photos and copy where requested.
- Timely feedback during the build window.
- Domain name (we can register one on your behalf at cost).
3. Payment
Setup fee is charged at order. Monthly subscription begins on launch day. Failed payments are retried; service may be suspended after 14 days of arrears.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel any time with 30 days’ notice from your dashboard. We do not pro-rate the final month. The £99 setup fee is non-refundable once design work has begun.
5. Ownership
Your content (logo, photos, copy) remains yours. The website code, design system, and CMS are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation we’ll provide a static export of your content.
6. Uptime & SLAs
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48h in advance.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
