There is no 'silver / gold / platinum' tier. Every Built Local client gets the same build, because the only variable that should matter is whether your business is well represented online.
Why it's only £99
Because our real revenue is the £49/month subscription. The £99 covers our setup cost (onboarding time, photo editing, GBP optimisation, NFC card printing and posting) — nothing more. It's the price of you trying us out, not the price of the website.
Agencies charge thousands upfront because they need to recover everything in case the client leaves. We don't need that protection — our monthly model already aligns our incentives with keeping you happy.

- Is the £99 refundable?
- Yes — full refund if you cancel within 14 days of going live and we don't get to ship a finished site.
- Are there any upsells?
- No. Everything in our 'What's included' list is in the £99/£49 package. Extra location pages beyond 10 are charged at cost; nobody has ever asked.
